A Space to Be Heard, Understood, and Empowered
I’m Hannah Haupt, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in therapy for teen girls and women. My work is grounded in the belief that effective therapy should feel both supportive and purposeful, providing a safe place to feel heard while developing practical skills for meaningful, lasting change.
I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing trauma, anxiety, relationship and family challenges, low self-esteem, emotional and behavioral concerns, and major life transitions. My clinical background includes trauma-focused treatment, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), as well as evidence-based and strengths-based approaches tailored to each client's individual needs.
My experience working with teens and families has given me a particular passion for helping girls and young women navigate the complicated years between adolescence and adulthood, including friendships, relationships, identity, boundaries, family dynamics, confidence, and the pressure to figure out who they are while the world has plenty of opinions about who they should be.
For clients who may benefit, I also incorporate equine-assisted interventions into treatment. Working alongside horses can create powerful opportunities to explore confidence, communication, emotional awareness, boundaries, relationships, and trust in an experiential setting.
Whether we’re meeting in the office, through telehealth, or incorporating equine-assisted work, my goal is to create a therapeutic relationship where clients feel genuinely understood, challenged when appropriate, and empowered to recognize their own strengths.
